Terms of Service

Current version: 2026-08-01 (published 1 August 2026). We record which version each user accepted at sign-up, and ask for re-acceptance when a new version materially changes your rights or obligations.

VisiStrat, operated by [Your Legal Entity Name], is a subscription platform for planning and managing business strategy: strategy sections, markets, products, priorities, risks, opportunities and AI-assisted analysis. We may add, change or retire features, and we will give reasonable notice before removing something material.

• You must provide accurate details and be authorised to bind your company.
• Each account belongs to one or more company workspaces. The workspace owner controls membership, roles and deletion.
• You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us at once at [security@yourdomain.com] if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Accounts are personal; do not share logins. Add colleagues as members instead.
• You must be at least 16 and using VisiStrat for business purposes.

Your company retains all rights in the strategy content it uploads or creates. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, back up and display that content solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your strategy content to train third-party models or to market to others. You can export your workspace or delete your account at any time from Settings → Data.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access another company's workspace or data, or probe, scan or bypass our security controls.
• Upload unlawful content, malware, or personal data you have no right to share.
• Resell, sublicense or white-label the service without written permission.
• Abuse AI features — for example scripted bulk generation, or evading rate limits and quotas.
• Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or use the service to build a competing product.

We may suspend accounts that put the platform, its data or other customers at risk, and we will tell you why when we can.

The AI Advisor, ROI estimates and Insight reports produce suggestions, not professional advice. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing it before acting, and you should not treat it as legal, financial or investment advice. Usage is subject to fair-use quotas.

Paid plans, billing cycle and taxes are as presented at checkout. We do not offer free trials on paid plans. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give at least [30 days'] notice of price changes.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may perform maintenance. Any formal uptime commitment applies only if stated in a signed agreement. Support is available at [hello@yourdomain.com].

You may cancel or delete your workspace at any time. We may terminate for material breach or non-payment after notice and a chance to fix it. On termination, access ends and workspace data is deleted per our retention schedule — export first if you need a copy.

The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We exclude implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue or anticipated savings. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms and will notify workspace owners of material changes; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of [England and Wales] and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
